Kentucky REALTORS® (KYR) is one of the largest and most influential associations in Kentucky. Founded in 1922, KYR represents more than 11,600 REALTORS® who are involved in all aspects of real estate, including residential and commercial real estate brokers, sales agents, developers, builders, property managers, office managers, appraisers and auctioneers. In addition to serving the professional needs of its members, KYR works to protect the rights of private property owners in the state by recommending and promoting legislation that safeguards and advances the interest of real property ownership.
