The Kentucky Association of REALTORS® (KAR), Inc. is one of the largest and most influential associations in Kentucky. Founded in 1923, KAR represents more than 8,500 REALTORS® who are involved in all aspects of real estate, including residential and commercial real estate brokers, sales agents, developers, builders, property managers, office managers, appraisers and auctioneers. In addition to serving the professional needs of its members, KAR works to protect the rights of private property owners in the state by recommending and promoting legislation that safeguards and advances the interest of real property ownership.
